Common APM?

after a few games I noticed mine was at around 19. I was wondering what most people experienced at higher levels of play.

40 to 50 ... maybe 100 at the absolute highest ? .. nothing near what you may require in starcraft 2

I believe that the Cover The Line mod artificially inflates the APM

Prior to Cover The Line I think ~150 was what you'd see as an average at top level. I was told by an ex-Starcraft player that they found APM in PA was approx half that of Starcraft 2, a large part of which they put down to the fact that camera movements are drags. The limited view in SC2 also inflates the APM because you need to constantly be changing camera anchor, something that's far less common in PA.
