I live in Eastern Europe(Hungary) so only one of my friend(I'm gonna call him A) can join on me and on my other friend(He is B). But I can't join on A nor B. B can't join on me nor A. So we can't play together. We use hamachi they live in Hungary too everyone is at the same Internet provider, and me and A has played together games where you can join by using the IP address

Is there a problem with using Planetary Annihilation's public servers? You can set them to "private" or "Friends only".

I set it Public gave it a name and I have name I did everything which is in the guide but nothing and I said one of my friend is can join on me but the other one can't

I cannot help you with Local Server setups.

But you do not need Local Server to play with friends. Just log into PA and use their servers to host your game. There are over 30 games in progress on PA's server right now. And at least 12 games waiting for more players.
