No. The game doesn't have any real dialogue or story or anything of the sort in which to have adult content.
As long as you're old enough to figure out how to play an RTS, then there's no reason kids of any age can't enjoy PA.

Of course, just understand that the online experience will be different. The game itself is good for all ages since there is no dialogue and the violence is all robots destroying robots, but the multiplayer screen is easy to access and contains a list of games that may have offensive names. It would be relatively simple for someone to make a mod that removes the multiplayer button, though.
