300 FRAMES PER SECOND?
My monitor shows 300 fps for this game but it skipes frames it's not a stable 60 how it should.
Is there a fix for this?

Hi,

Well, this game is not doing vsync. It's a conscious decision, we decided to go for that rather than go for a fixed 60fps. The disadvantage is that you may get screen tearing but the advantage is that you may also get a very smooth frame rate and also it adapts better to old hardware.

I haven't thought of adding the option to fix the framerate to 60 in PC but I may do it at some point. I need to add more content soon so I might as well add that too.

Thanks for your interest!

I too had fps over 300 and CPU temperature was overheating badly. I'm having to use "D3D Overrider" program to cap the framerate and now the game runs nice and cool at 60fps on my 60Hz monitor. Please consider adding vsync.

If you have Nvidia cards install MSI Afterburner & Riva Tuner Statistics Server (this integrates with Afterburner). Riva can be used to cap FPS of a specific game or a global cap can be set, I have a 60Hz monitor so have a global FPS cap of 65 (don't set the cap to match your monitor frequency, set it just above).

As an aditional bonus Afterburner can be used to set manual fan speed settings, I have mine set at 35c = 30%, 50c = 50%, 70c = 70% and 80c = 100%.

With these fan speeds and the FPS cap my card is rarely audible and I don't need to use V-Sync.

Nvidia force VSync setting doesn't work with this game.. Bad move by developers. I'm not going to play this game at 500-1000 fps. :steamfacepalm:
