Performance Ottimizations needed (Nintendo Switch)

As the titles says the nintendo switch version of the game has low framerate most of the time due to the bloom effect (in darker levels the game has a highter framerate).
Could You reduce a bit the special effects in favor of a better framerate (or at least adjustable by the player)?

It really does. Framerate is so low everything feels like it's moving in slow motion. It's on sale for $1 but that's too much for how poorly it runs. The game seems good but not really playable on the Switch ATM.
