What patch? If you mean 18+, it doesn't exist. It never did. The non-Steam version (which was sold only in physical form at Comiket 88) has exactly the same content. There was an 18+ art book included, from what I understand, but that's a different matter.

the story takes place before chapter 1 obviously, therefore, they are younger and volume 0 is cheaper because it doesn’t have such a patch
