time warping is restarting game from begining but you keep all time cubes, you can use them for upgrades or keep them as damage multiplier

OK.

you can get back to where you where a LOT faster from the upgrades. (If you time warp again you DO NOT lose upgrades.)

Should I Time Worp right now?

Depends if you're having trouble with the waves and bosses

you can probably get your next set of time cubes (a random amount not guaranteed) before the difficulty will really ramp up

You could probably get your 3rd set. before then

You MIGHT... get lucky.. and get a 4th or 5th set....

but if you wanna be efficient. the second set will be easy
the first set is guaranteed, until you really start getting into the later phases where you're more guaranteed to get them, and get more of them, and have an easier time getting further to get more of them.

Personally. I did my first jump by my 3rd set... my 2nd set was 4 cubes, and my 3rd set was 6, giving me a total of 20 on my first return... It probably wasn't really worth it to wait for the 6 however. and it probably wouldn't be really worth it to wait again, I'm already at 13 now, the difficulty is /nothing/ but I'm not back to where I was either.

Just so you know. Spend all the cubes, you get the same damage multiplier whether you spend the cubes or not.

First time you time warp, use them on the gold or dps multiplier.

Before the first two time warps I had really bad luck and although getting to wave ~130 I only got the guaranteed 10 cubes at wave 100... So basically I time warp as soon as the bosses get really hard to fight and no upgrade can soon be made, or if I get lucky I reset earlier if I have a lot of time cubes.
Also don't be afraid to time warp, the time cubes give you a great DPS multiplier plus you can buy artifacts which really boost your damage and income (you still get the DPS multiplier from time cubes that you used to buy artifacts).

had 17 at wave 175... my luck is terrible. and those seven are from one boss at 140

Just keep time warping when it slows down.

After you get your dps/gold up, one of the artifacts boosts how often you see time cubes. I currently see time cubes 85% of the time and have how many drop boosted by 70%. I can keep going on boosting the frequency, next update to 86% is 2,346 time cubes (usually buy 1-2 levels each time warp, because that's such an important artifact - used to by 10 or so when it was cheap). But increasing the amount that drops gets really pricey. The next level of time cubes dropped, 80%, would cost me 21,870. That's about what I get one run and I'd rather put them in to DPS and gold or increase cubes dropped then spend all that one one boost.

You can eventually increase time cubes appearance frequency to 100% and boost the amount that drops to 2x. The appearance frequency is probably one of the most important artifacts in the game to get to 100%.
