Red circle

Can someone tell me what is that red circle sometimes under my player? Sometimes its blue but mostly red. If it's red my shots are straight garbage and if it's blue, all my shots are going in. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY THAT RED CIRCLE IS COMING? Im almost crying cuz im so mad.... :'( Thanks for answers <3
