how to fix error code efeab30c and/or 4b538e50

Error 4b5 means banned or that pop up for no reason error 3fea means its the servers

After it says efeab30c I try to press connect button but after that it keeps repeating to say 4b538e50

I have the error code efeab30c after I reinstall steam and nba2k17. I try to find some solutions.Maybe reinstall your operation system is one of the solutions,but not the best.
I think the reason it says efeab30c is the nba2k17 don't delete its cahces when uninstalling.
so try to delete the following folder:
c:\\users\your pc name \ AppData\ Romaining \ 2K Sports.
maybe the folders' name are not correct because I reply this on my linux.It works for me

hi everybody,after I reinstall steam and nba 2k17 the game cant connect to the server and it appears the code efeab30c.I did the main step which is leaving more space but it still happens the same.Besides i ve deleted that particular folder(app data...) and definetely still the same.
I have to say ive put mods but i ve moved them out of the nba folder(steamapps/common...)

Could be the servers check to see if there is a problem

server in nba2k.com is normal up and running, but i cant connect online. error efeab30c keeps popping up. nba 2k17 steam is not downloading anything. help pls

had the same prob. after pc restart everything was fine

I had the same issue
Its very easy to fix this
Just play some games offline with your internet connection on and u will get a notification that update it required and return to menu.
Thats it , your profile will be fixed and u will be able to play the game again.

I MUST SHARE THIS! I just have resolved this issue by just started a Blacktop game.Just play the damn thing and a message appeared that I should update the game at the Main Menu.Quitted the game and...VOILÁ!Connected successfully and that's all!
