My career offline mode?

Yes, I am using cheats to give my player a huge boost in stats .. but I am doing it in OFFLINE mode cus I dont wanna use a "hacked" player online.
Now my question is ; Can you use badges offline? I keep seeing everytime I steal the ball "Pickpocket" but I cant find it anywhere what it means, what it does, how to upgrade (Pretty sure it's a badge tho)

I didn't use tables, fool. I did it myself. And I only wondered where to "find" them cus I couldn't find the badges in offline mode. Geez, hope you re off your period soon cus you can definitely see you are on it -_____-

you can't upgrade badges except it's from your archetype badges
