Wasting time with filling Doin Work meter and practice in general
So after hours of practicing and being a gym rat I had an impression that nothing seems to improve. Then I compared the stats and attribute caps before and after filling the doin work meter completely and I was right. Nothing changed at all. Neither did an attribute level go up nor a hard cap/maximum reachable attribute level. And here comes the best: You have probably often earned randomly +1 stamina or +1 reaction time (and some others) in practice. Guess what. They only stay improved for one game. So you're basically stuck with a 65 free throw rating, 70 stamina and what not. So the practice is absolutely useless in this game.

I've seen it and before i watched it I didn't even know it was bugged. I just assumed that my stats were constantly improving. Been wasting my whole f****** time.

And I was wrong about the random +1 stats staying improved for only one game. It disappears BEFORE the game smh...

Its not just the doing work meter everytime you fill the doing work meter and it emptys it improves the attribute upgrade meter by like 15-20%

What attribute upgrade meter? Haven't seen such thing. I only know the store to buy attribute upgrades.

Filling the doing work meter fills up your attribute meter by some when you fill your attribute meter you get more attribute upgrades so you can max out your player

RAAHH, I DONT UNDERSTAND BASIC GAME CONCEPTS, PRACTISE IS USELESS :P

Doing work meter -> attribute cap meter -> raises amount of upgrades you can purchase = profit

Filling the upgrade meter allows you increase your maximum attribute upgrade limit. You won't benefit from this until you have completely filled an attribute

Ok I get it but it's confusing because there's no meter where you can check how far you are (I don't mean the doin work meter). And it just says that after filling doin work meter, you get attributes upgraded.

But what about getting random +1 attributes in the gym but disappearing when you start a game. Is there a "hidden concept" behind that aswell?

Apparently does only work for one game but I'm guessing the more you practice you will eventually get that gym rat badge which gives you a +15 attribute boost instead of 1 like 2k16

Yeh I wish I could make my FT better but honestly I sort of appreciate what they are trying to do. I am a big C athletic finisher. Having a 90% FT rating would not be that realistic. I'm usually around 62% and then when I do a team practice and I am hot can get up to 70%+

It annoying that I miss FT but more true to real NBA. At least they didnt bone me and give me a 40% FT like DJ.

This is correct, however there IS seemingly a problem in that getting "+1 Something" either doesn't actually add the upgrade, or removes it as soon as you've left the gym

There is an issue here.
