layups broken

The layups in NBA 2k17 worked normal at first. The rate of making them was ok. But since i got the relentless finisher badge i can make NO layups. He just plain misses them all to an amount where it is ridiculous.
I played every NBA 2k since 2011. I´m having this problem since 3 games. No improvement. My rating for moving layups is 87 and standing 86
and i even have the gold acrobat badge. The timing of my layups is always very bad, even if its really close to perfect. The layup rating is almost all the time F. Sometimes D-. I am not talking about forced layups. Im talking about layups with good, open looks.

Dude, if the jumpshot meter is broken, so its go's the same with the layup meter...patch need to drop today , let's hope for the best

i have the same probleme when i was very low overall without lay up badge i was hitting a lot of tough lay up in park but now that i get it and i am an high overall i miss very easy lay up and cant make contact lay up despite a good timing

That is exactly what i experience. It starts with the acrobat badge. Once you aquire that, you can´t hit ♥♥♥♥.

SO annoying.

Hope 1.03 will fix it and i hope it drops soon

That´s what i hate about steam refund. There are some bugs in games, that ruin the whole game. But you can´t discover them in the first 2 hours of playtime.


But i´m glad i´m not the only one with this problem.

Anybody knows, maybe from PS4 experience if this issue is addressed in the patch? Or does someone know when the patch is coming for PC?

Ps4 got like 3 patches Xbox and PC are yet to get them so don't feel left out we will get them when Xbox does

I feel you man, ive been telling people that layups are broken, and everyone tells me my timing is trash, it doesnt matter how i time it i still brick, im slasher with 94 layup and gold relentless badge.

Why i know it´s a bug:
I´m already in my 20th game in mycareer. I was making layups in a good rate. Even if contested. BUT suddenly since i got relentless finisher i am making NO(!) layups.
This makes the game unplayable because my player is a slasher!

This even goes to the point, that EVERY layup, which is only slightly contested is a bad shot selection!

yes it's a bug, someone on operationsports tested and relentless finisher HOF badge is broken, I'm bricking layups only when the badge activates, even with lower rating and without badge i wasn't bricking layups..

The only way to fight it... Don`t do lay ups - dunk or shoot jumpers. >.<

Yeah, but there is no layup fatigue.

It´s just the badges that don´t work. I tested it.

Sooo... they said the patch would be out today Fromthe link above... Is it fixed yet? for PC obviously... anybody can confirm? I haven't played yet

I can confirm this. I'm forced to do dunks and jump shots as of now because relentless finisher broke layups. The only time I force layups is when the opposing superstar is close to fouling out or i need to get rid of him in the quarter so we can dominate. Even on fast breaks i miss layups with the slightest of contacts lol

Confirmed has been fixed across all platforms with this mornings update... It is so much better now thank goodness! i can layup again!!!
