Uploading face scan error?

It was working a while back, but now whenever I try to upload it, all it says is there is an error. ;_;

so it might be a problem with the server or with the app. Hopefully we could make it work again soon.

Keep redoing your face scan, if you get an error its because your face scan wasn't good enough. IE not enough lighting, moved face too fast, etc...

Oh what I meant was, that after taking the face scan on my phone and when it's on the uploading phase it is stuck at 0 of 13 or 14 pictures uploaded. It worked fine before.

Yeah I've been at it since the game came out, and I'm dumbfounded how some people got great quality scans on their 1st or 2nd try. Im sure the software needs work.

I tried it again, and uploading worked on anroid, but on an iphone it just won't let me .. what phone are you guys using?

I see, how close was your face to the phone? or Did you fill up the oval with your entire face only or you fit your whole head including some parts of your hair?

That doesn't strictly matter, but you should have your entire face inside the marked area. Provided it doesn't leave that area, you can have some gaps with it.

To make it work I had my face almost filling the oval, not happy with results (both on ps4 and pc) but I will probably wait until they patch it.
In some other thread somebody suggested, to obtain better results, you should make your scan using natural light

But yeah, I've seen people suggest outside in the shade, bathrooms, in front of a window, all kinds of wierd ways to get better lighting.

Thanks, been trying for days now xd I just can't get a proper face scan, and most of the time I it says that I need to redo it even though I've done every guide on youtube XD
