Anybody got a fix?
I got vsync on, don't see how that'd help anyway. Just got drafted and not trying to have ♥♥♥♥ get skipped.
I've been locked at 60FPS since I first launched the game, still nothing. Still getting randomly quick cutscenes that don't finish the voiceover.
Tried with v-sync and dynamic v-sync on/off and disabling with no impact.
The game itself runs fine but all the cutscenes are visually fast forwarded like 2x3 times the normal way meaning that the cutscene ends while they're still talking and interupting them
I went into user/appdata/roaming/2k sports/nba2k17 and deleted VideoSettings.cfg. Then booted up game again setting all settings to max and locking V-SYNC and a refresh rate on 59.9 however the textfile stated another value so changed it manually to 59.9 and saved file and now cutscenes play normally.
Edit. I actually toggled the FPS counter on from steam settings and could see that it played with 60 fps all untill cutscenes where it went up to 150+ and then back to 60 again after cutscene ended before the fix. now it states 60 fps during game and cutscenes
