Right Stick-Down doesn't work.
Any ideas? Dribbling and playing with ball (left+right) and even forward (up) works. But I can't shoot by using the Stick-Down. I'm emulating my lowbudget-pad with x360ce.

i have the same problem and i don't know how to fix it

Change the settings in controller options , right stick -> standard. You can choose between shooting, dribbling and both. :)
After I've changed it, i could dribble by using the stick with fast moves and shooting while holding it for longer in a direction.
