Rest or play? mycareer

i am at the point where the trainer said i may got an injuries, and i should choose to rest or play?
will i really get injured if i choose to keep playing ?
also i am in allstar weekend, the game still running i haven't my choice yet :D

i rested and i got the ''Play it safe'' achievement aaaand missed All Star weekend....dunno your choice

how long does it take to rest? if i just missed the allstar weekend aaand there's no other consequences well it's okay

I played through injury. No big deal, but they didn't subbed me in the all star game... and the injury ended maybe 2 or 3 games later. You're just a bit slower sometime and you get an animation for being injured running back the court...
