How to change the animation?

buy what you want in playa-upgrade-s.hit and then go to my-playa-inventory and look a bit around.
you first have to buy new animations before you can equip them. if that wasn't clear to you.

otherwise explain in detail where your problem is exactly at.

you go to "my career". stand in your gym.
you go to menue (red (A) button on xbox controller).
first entry is "store/upgrades" a bit to the right it says animations.
if you don't see it. well then it's cause you are offline i guess.
maybe it's cause you offline then. "not fully featured" so to say.
