ps 4 version vs pc version

i bought 2k13 on pc years back and regetted of purchase immediately cuz it looked worse than ps 4 version. how about recent title, pc version looks way better as it should like in other games?

Until 2k14 2k just ported the x360 version, since 2k15 it's the next gen version. 2K17 on PC looks way better than on the PS4 if you have the computer to handle it, NBA 2K is rather mediocre when it comes to optimization of the console port with some problems with certain hardware but content-wise it's the same as PS4/XOne and with a good computer you get way better graphics

If you have a modern PC, it will also load cutscenes and modes faster than PS4.

Depends on the Hardware, if you have some WD Green HDD then you probably load a lot less than consoles or people with some WD Blue or Black HDD and since most complete PCs get sold with crap HDDs and people think that HDDs don't play a role (it's all about the CPU and GPU!) the loading times can be worse.
But overall, even with a mediocre PC you get the same graphic quality as the console with a possible higher frame rate (since PS3/XBoxOne are usually capped at 30 fps)

if i had the choice, i surely would go PS 4 version... looks not that much different, but i assume cheating is harder on a console... myPark on PC can get VERY frustrating at times...

Ya never buy the PC version of this. its been abandoned for years, no one plays online cuz 2K dont do anything about anything. Everyone has gone to PS4.

Just be sure you got friends to play with. Playing with randoms on PS4 is a headache... they're even worse than PC randoms. :\
