I just wish it was more clear what's skippable and not. Cus I get sick of pushing the green button.
right now 2k's making it really easy on themselves. in 2k17 you're "The President" of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ basketball before the ball even gets rolling (pun intended) and once you're past the college games, you're literally about the worst player the nba has ever seen in terms of skillset - yet everyone refers to you as the next potential face of the nba. no matter how bad your stats or actual performance is.

1. I liked the dynamic duo idea. I think you should be able to choose who that other guy should be in any team you get drafted or traded to, though.
2. That influence you had on which players your team should try to trade. Bring it back. I want to bring this player to the team, this guy never to leave the team or get rid of this guy as suggestions to the gm.
3. Total remake of the practise system. Now that's repetitive and b****it. Constantly jumping on the vertical exercise in the gym daily, apparently makes you a beast nba player according to this year's 2k. Or that you are forced to do post defense/offense drills as a playmaker, shoot 3s drills as a glass cleaner.. Imo you should get progress on your stats based on your performance in the matches you play. You should be able to choose whatever drill you want so that you can improve other stats there or stats that trouble you to raise in the actual matches.
3. AI. There have been improvements on the AI tbh. My biggest issue as a pg is that after you pass the ball to a teammate you have a very small window to ask for the ball again or he will just stand there frustrated with the ball and then shoot it. In short, the AI doesn't go for plays and good ball movement most of the time, unless a play is called by you. (or the coach if you change the settings)
4. Lastly, badge progress bar. Although tbf, I think this is getting added next year.
Agree with everything. Although I'd prefer if they focus on the sport aspect more, like presentation and commentary on your player's respective achievements, and less on trying to tell a linear story about a guy. While it may be fun the first time, it gets really annoying when you start over, which happens quite frequently in sports games.
I'd love for them to get rid of the stupidly aggressive double team cheese, too. No player in the NBA, not even Curry, gets doubled as far out as the half court line. What's even worse than the realism aspect of it, is that once you rack up like 8 pts, you can pretty much every single time throw the ball to open man who's either gonna cut for a dunk or shoot an open 3.
So it's not like I'm complaining about not being able to play heroball anymore, which still works fine really unless you're trying to post someone up, it just makes the game incredible repetitive.
Or at least that's how it felt like
i want to be real 99 overall, not this super strict archetype BS.
I know it's working really good at park but definetly not MC
we want to be a true nba superstar in MC
