That being said, the steam version comes with all of the DLC, so I'd definitely recommend this one. It's hugely superior to WWE 2K15.
As for custom music, that probably isn't in officially, but the community will likely find ways and create tools to at the very least replace music and titantrons in the game or even add some down the line.
The Royal Rumble is still in and you can choose from 10 man, 20 man and 30 man Royal Rumbles, I believe.
So yeah, I think you might enjoy this game greatly.
If you loved SvR 2008, creating and making up storylines you will love this game.
I can't anwser for performance or glitcheness of the game yet but from the way wwe 2k15 turned out give it a week or two and it should be okay.
