It doesn't really work that way. You can't really set anything up to win by disqualification. The other peson has to do something to get themselves disqualified.

If this is for The Authority mission, just beat up whoever you're wrestling and at some point he'll get out of the ring and get a weapon.

I have also thrown them outside the ring and stayed near my manager and they swung at me and hit my manager and got DQ'ed that way. Also try whipping them into your manager on the outside the ring...I got a DQ win once by accident that way../shrugs might work.
