Someone spoil me the new boss

I started a map the day before the update and I'm done with it, will probably replay this again in a couple years after a few more updates. Would like to see the new content without exploring the whole thing all over again.

Thanks, I just killed the guy 3 times, are the drops always the weak fire staff and 2 necklaces, or is there anything else he can drop?

Also drops normal quality gems, but I saw not other equipment than the staff and 2 necklaces
