I heard it's from Putrid Matriarch but I'm not sure where to find that.

If you play on latest gen world you might notice some zombie flesh blocks on surface in the world. there you will find crafting table that allows you to make a tool that shows where to go next to find your first tears.

I'm picking up on the world I started on years ago. Does that mean I have to make a new new world?

Is there any information on what exactly I'm looking for? The only flesh blocks I see are the flesh rooms I found in my old world too, and it only has a table that lets me craft furniture and other stuff but I don't see anything special. I made a new world and walked to the edges of both sides and even dug into different layers to see if I see anything fleshy. Since I don't know what I'm looking for or where to look I feel like I was just wasting my time looking. I'm probably just going to give up on looking for it for now and focus on other stuff. Like farming so I can make good restoratives.

As I remember, in new worlds now generates some structures, like "Enchanted Sword's Structure" in Terraria. You must find a zombie blocks on the surface and then digg it down. You will find Zombie Altar, then craft "Zombie head" using 1 Mask of Zombie and about 10 zombie parts. It's funny, but i thought, it's a boomerang, but no. This flying head will go into the place under the surface, to the Matriarch. Matriarch drops this Ocean's tear (x1-3)
Also, Fairy drops Life's Tear
Nercomancer drops Death's Tear
and Dragon drops Immortal's Tear
etc.

I've been looking for the red flesh but after seeing the image I had a "OHHHH" moment. I thought those were a type of leaves or something. Haha.
I managed to get the Ocean's tears now. Thank you kindly!
