My dungeon is soft locked
i was in the earth dungeon, you know, the one with the stone crystal, and i was doing an timed no hit chalenge, in wich i had to reach the end of an obstacle course without taking damage with an time limit, and after many tries, i did it, but aparently the game did not recognized it, and the door to the chests room closed behind me, luckly i had some cristals i used to get out of there, but then when i came back, the room beside that was nesesary for the progression of the dungeon was already like the fight was trigered, but i had not got in yet, and when i entered the room(the barrier that blocks the player from escaping fights is an one way entrance) the passage to the next room was blocked, but there is no monster to defeat to open the passage, so im basicly soft lock, any thing i can do? sorry for typos

Either reset dungeon by deleting it's files and letting game to generate it again when you enter it, or just make another world. to complete that dungeon.

where can i go to find the dungeon files, since that seems to be the only way to reset a dungeon, apparently

that's where worlds (universes) are saved. Each Universe have World folders inside. Those include overworld and every single dungeon. Figuring out which Universe you need is not hard. Figuring out which "world_x" folder you have to delete to reset dungeon you want might take few tries. Even tho there should be text file saying which one is which. (but just in case instead of deleting, move folder somewhere else in case it's wrong one)

I think I found the reason for the soft-locking. It turns out that if you save your game, exit the dungeon and then return before completing the dungeon, the state of the mob-spawning trials gets saved along with the rest of the game. If this was intentional, I assume it is supposed to prevent players from cheesing the dungeon by turning each mob trial into a one-time event until the section is completed. There is a problem with this. The game autosaves your progress, so if your game saves and then you either die or exit your game before completing the section, you won't be able to re-do the mob trials and therefore won't be able to progress. Atleast this is what it seems like to me.
