I have had this error since I changed my computer usage account.
How can I solve the problem?

Looks like your user directory is omitted in the path. By any chance, did your older account contain only english characters, but not anymore?

My old account was a korean name, but I have deleted it.

I don't know what is the cause of your problem, but the game allows to change the save directory manually.

1. Go into your Planet Centauri game folder.
2. Open the file config.ini
3. In [options], set manual_path to your desired save folder, and set manual_save_path=true
(you can use manual_path="./" to save in the game folder).

The game should use the defined manual path, and it will fix the problem.
