HDR in Windows 11 is disabled after pressing F2 (full screen)

I am kind of inexperienced with HDR, not sure what to expect from SDR-games. But this game causes weird issues to Windows 11 HDR, it's still ON, but on my monitor it is OFF. I need to turn HDR off and then on again to fix it.

After googling a bit I've found solutions:

1. Press WIN+CTR+SHIFT+B after exiting game, this will reset video driver.
2. Go to your NVIDIA Control Panel, then to 3D-Settings, and set "Vulkan/OpenGL present method" to "Prefer layered on DXGI Swapchain". With this setting game doesn't switches monitor to SDR anymore!
