Centauri Library, a complete database for Planet Centauri

Hi everyone,

Let me introduce you Centauri Library, an online database I made for Planet Centauri.
The database contains nearly all items available in game, like decorations, food, and obviously their craft recipes. It also includes the plants, minerals and chests you can find in game.
There's a lot of improvements to do in the future, especially by adding more contents from the game : magics, entities... The website itself will be improved too, i.e by allowing users to add their own comments.

The database is available in English, French, German and Russian; items from the game keep their original names in English. Please note that German and Russian versions are automatically translated, thus their quality is really poor. If you want to help by correcting these translations, please contact me via Steam. Since the localization file is quite short (~80 entries per language), let me know if you want to translate library in your language, your help will be greatly appreciated.

The database is updated from the game assets, which are automatically parsed. Thus, some errors can appear; if you see anything incorrect, please let me know.

Je vous présente Centauri Library, une base de données en ligne que j'ai créé pour Planet Centauri. La base de données contient quasiment tous les objets disponibles en jeu, tels que les décorations, la nourriture, et bien évidemment leurs recettes. Elle contient également les plantes, minerais et coffres que vous pouvez trouver en jeu.
Il y a beaucoup d'amélioration à apporter dans le futur, comme l'ajout de contenu supplémentaire provenant du jeu : magie, entités... Le site lui-même sera amélioré également, par exemple en permettant aux utilisateurs de laisser leurs propres commentaires.

La base de données est disponible en Anglais, Français, Allemand et Russe; les objets du jeu gardent cependant leurs noms originaux en Anglais. Veuillez noter que les versions en Allemand et en Russe sont issues d'une traduction automatique, et que leur qualité est donc assez pauvre. Si vous souhaitez apporter votre aide en corrigeant ces traductions, veuillez me contacter via Steam. Dans la mesure où le fichier de localisation est plutôt court (~80 entrées par langue), contactez-moi si vous souhaitez traduire library dans un autre langage; votre aide sera très appréciée.

La base de données est mise à jour à partir des fichiers du jeu, qui sont indexés automatiquement. Ainsi, des erreurs peuvent apparaître; si vous voyez quoi que ce soit d'incorrect, merci de me le faire savoir.

In my opinion, you need to add craft recipes and links, where the object is used (for example, Used / Wanted: link1[http//link1], link2[http//link2], link3[http//link3]). And I don't see Russian language.

Looks awesome. Can you add a description of some kind to the items, something like ingredients for stuff we need to make, or where to find it. I.e. Specific loot, Pheonix Blade can be found at the end of the map in the Hell biome/Milk can be found from cows and what biome cows are found in, I know there aren't cows yet, but just saying for when they are.

Hi everyone,
Thank you for your interest to Centauri Library.
I'm going to update the database, to include the latest items added in game. Since the assets format changed, some informations were removed (like chests drops) and will be back soon. I will add a comment section too, to allow you sharing informations the bot can't get from the assets. I will also update the bot to make it works with the new localized assets, since all items were in english so far.
I will send to interested person the language file, to improve the translation. The Russian and German one are pretty poor so far, I'm glad you're proposing your help.

Hi everyone,
After a long time offline, Centauri Library is back !
I must apologize for the very little amount of time I spent to Library in the past six month. All systems are now working on a fresh new server, and the database have been updated with the latest content. I will soon add new kind of items and categories to the database, to make it more complete and useful.
Please let me know if you have any idea to improve the website !

I'm also looking for people who could improve the translation of the website, by fixing the Russian and German versions or by translating the Library into another language they know. Localization files are very short, take a quick look if you are interested :
