Quest for the 'Enchantment Book'

Doing the first quest for 'Magic' and the quest states to craft an 'enchantment book' with a parchment and some paper. I've crafted paper, parchment, books and the enchantment table (currently named 'undefined') but it is used to craft the actual spells. I've also crafted a basic fireball spell. Have I missed something or is it bugged? Thanks

recover the enchantment book on the ground and replace it.
Quest detect items only in the inventory for the moment, not on the ground.

How do I put the item on the ground?

Just picked it up but the quest didn't update. Maybe it's because the item is labelled 'undefined'? Surely all the names in the game should be updated by now as there are several items with this.

I've completed the quest so it's possible. I think your actually at the part where you need just the book. Try making another book.

I made the table and crafted the spell, but the quest did not complete. It had stalled on the 'make a book' part.

So I made another book, and was able to do the rest of the steps after I killed enough things to find another ruby.

Also I'd like to know if the mosnters in Hell are tameable or not? They dont seem to be getting captured

They are tame able. Try using better gems and throwing it a lot. It's like trying to catch legendary pokemon. It takes a lot of tries sometimes

The higher the rarity the harder to catch as well. One monster that is catchable with a Lvl 2 gem as a normal spawn may not be catchable with the same gem as say a rare or legendary spawn.
