Report a translation problem
you try to beat the second dungeon before the firsts one (desert / snow), so its normal if it's a little too difficult.
If a room seems to have bugs, don't hesitate to post screens so we can solve the problems.
Also, you can upgrade your equipment with the U key, to get strongest armors or weapon.
Thank you for the report.
Oh, hey. So. about the monsters in battle rooms of the dungeon, some times it won't close the room (the way I came in) and the mobs would just dash towards where I came. They don't get trap damage and they broke the room so I have to go back, go through all the traps I escaped from and kill the mob. when I come back, I'm starting from the beginning and mobs spawn again. So every time I have to be extra cautious to not toggle them running away. Sometimes they will just run towards the other end where it's blocked so I can just hit them and kill them easy.
yes you should do the dungeon in the desert (or the snow plain).
But I think I will change some crafts because many peoples beat the castle first.
On the "castle" dungeon? What monsters? Scorpions, skeletons, zombies?
Scorpions in Ice Dungeon, Butcher in Castle dungeon. They go back to certain distance (about two to three rooms behid) and stays there. Scorpion either went back, or tried to go through the next room without targeting me as an enemy.
...I'll be honest: That should be part of the tutorial quests prior to the quests needing steel, or at least somehow made more intuitive what you need to do to progress.
As it is I was very confused over what this new thing needed for anvils was, and went through all available crafting stations, wiki and changelog finding nothing.
Leaving progression critical things too obscure isn't too good as it can frustrate players if they can't figure it out.
Ah well... my plan *was* to get steel tier stuff, as those are available with minimal difficulty and also quest stuff, THEN try some dungeons... I also find it a somewhat odd decision to have dungeons at areas you commonly get higher tier resources than the actual anvil upgrade hammer thingy. Guess it's time for dungeons immedeately after going out of my way for some souls for that double jump then.
But I will add an image on the current tutorials, it will help I hope.
You can upgrade basic pickaxe to increase its digging speed a lot. Press "U" and put it in the first slot + add some basic bars.
P.S. Got to the hell and found ancient flying monster which i could catch early due to having lucky lvl 2 catching stone, but he just descended into lava for no dam reason. Just like that, ignored me completly. That doesn't look like an improved pathfinding system, to be honest...
I get that it's supposed to be hard to get, but I can't get it anymore due to the fact that it comes from the golden chest, and there's no mini-boss that drops it...
Luckily tho, I have my smith that's essentially just a walking non-talking anvil.
I have no hate towards the anvil system, and I would be fine with the leaf fairy dropping it.
I just want/need it to be accessible.
Well I had no idea how to find the first bronze hammer dungeon, and the video guide you linked in my thread takes you to the castle dungeon first so what is even the point in needing to bother with bronze hammers? Castle dungeon first was very hard yes, but that's only because there's no way to figure out where the first sand or snow dungeons are, and the crystals you loot from chest take you to the iron and steel hammer dungeons.
The start of the game for new players is way too grindy and overly complex without a way to access the bronze hammer dungeon first, or know where or how to find it without a teleport crystal, and all the guides online about this don't even show how to find the bronze hammer dungeon, they start from castle / iron.
Played game for 3 times and every time totaly skipped first dungeon, which is still not good.
But I cant kill the butchers to free a slave with tin gear!
