FAQ: THE COP SYSTEM IN STICK SHIFT

Q: How do I get stopped by cops / how do I NOT get stopped by cops / what must I do to get away from cops?

A: It's completely random per playthrough, at a fixed rate of 48% probability. Players have no control over it, and cannot escape it. Some players will have very "good" or "bad" luck with cop encounters, depending on how you see it.
