I've heard the witches house is good, I think I'm going to try that next, this one was great though, such a great story!

Ib is pretty good. It's pretty similar but with some survival horror monster-avoiding added in. Close your Eyes is also cool but some parts can get frustrating due to poorly explained insta-death.

POCKET MIRROR
It's this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gem of an RPG horror(?) game and I was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ blown away by how good it was since I pretty much stumbled upon it by chance, and it's free too. I don't understand how these devs can put so much polish and effort into a game and release it for no charge, but these guys did. Easily better than Ib, Mad Father, and turned out to be one of my favorite games I've ever played. It's not on Steam but you can find it with just a Google search.

Thanks. I have The Last Door for quite some time now. You know what? I'm gonna start it right away. So many people said it was good. Cheers

I'm so glad to hear! If you feel like talking about it, discussing theories, or anything of the like, feel free to message me on my profile or even add me if it suits you. Season 2 of The Last Door is just as fantastic as the first one – if not more.

I know this an ancient thread, but I do have a pretty decent list of games like this, rated based on which ones I like the most and which ones I think are most similar:
Ib, Witch's House, END ROLL, Alice Mare, Mad Father, Misao, OFF by Mortis Ghost, Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea, Mogeko Castle, and Angels of Death are my best suggestions.

I suggest Wait - Extended to anyone here. It's great and creepy and replayability is part of the game itself. You'll see what I'm talking about. I don't wanna spoil anything
