Maybe a re-launch?
Is such a thing possible? I am checking this game since the start of EA. And while it is obvious the game was never in a functional state I am pretty sure this was not a scam as some players claimed it. Robert (main dev) is still checking and replying every questions and reviews when he could just vanished.

Also from other links and sources I read that Robert invested 50k of his money on this project. So this game doesn't seem at all like a scam or anything. Just mistakes after mistakes and wrong decisions.

Considering you guys were working on the game for months I am sure you can get a working at the very least a prototype like game going with some support. And add features in time with patches.

Maybe renaming the game and relaunching on Steam, giving the previous owners for free and this time not banning offensive or rude people (since cencorship is never a good thing) may get things better.

That being said I am sure MMORTS with those servers and stability things is an expensive genre. And Robert already said that he can't get any more resources. But since you have the assets from ABD maybe you can turn the game into a RTS game with Multiplayer option,

Like Kingdom Wars series?

(First one is a MMORTS)

(Second game is a RTS with Multiplayer)

Also what happened to Autarkis? He was very nice and kind so it was nice to see him on board.

Its a lovely idea, and I am still considering options for continuation. Its difficult finding programmers, and the server costs are pretty enormous. I had to cancel the amazon account because it was pulling $250 per month from me, so a new server would have to get set up and at least a minimum operating cost would have to be established. Still working on ideas, networking options and trying to find developers (mainly a programmer or two) for profit share.

Yeah that is why I think maybe starting with single player and using the assets from ABD could be less expensive for you and adding multiplayer support in later patches after game having some support and you getting more resources.

In any case I am glad to see you are considering your options and willing to make this game work no matter what difficulties you face.
