I think the achievement is bugged or something, because I manage to collize with 3 birds at the same time in stage 12 and I don't get the achievement, am I doing something wrong?

I got it in Field 20, on the right edge of the yellow platform right after the start. It took me a few tries, but the achievement popped up when Kawase finally had three birds resting on her.
