Developers - I translated the game into Brazilian Portuguese

Hi! Well in 2017 I translated the game Mechanika and I even sent it to you by e-mail, you thanked me at the time, but maybe due to the rush of day to day the translation was not officially added, so I ended up just keeping it in my files, today I decided to present it to you again, I noticed that 19 new lines were added to the language file, so I translated these new lines, but I have no way to test it because I forgot how to create the game's executable, but at the time I had done the translation well I don't think I need to revise it again.

The translation was made based on the file "dialogs_en.properties" replacing the English texts with Portuguese.

Hey. Sorry we haven't had the chance to review and test yours and all the translations we have received. Hopefully in a few weeks we can take a look at them, gather some reviewers and release the official Brazilian Portuguese localization. Sorry for the inconvenience!
