Questions about the global mod
So zanzarah on my amd pc runs horribly, no resolution support, menus are all slow and framerate is terrible. I read the fixs involve multiple dll files and fooling with dgvoodoo. Now I read about the zanzarah global mod, and that sounds promising but one thing I noticed on the description. It says game was made much more hardcore...
I just want a nice version of the game that works, how much is the gameplay changed? How hardcore is it? Is there a way to switch to original difficulty? Really wish they wouldn't put hardcore on something that we only want to fix the game and make it less of a headache. I really would rather dl a larger install mod that fixes everything then going to multiple dll sites and fooling with dgvoodoo, but the hardcore thing is a real kick in the teeth to me considering I don't play games to be "hardcore".

The global mod doesn't fix performance issues, it just adds new stuff. If you want to have vanilla bug-free experience, you have to install dgvoodoo and widescreen patch. I don't understand what you mean by having a headache with dgvoodoo, it only takes like a couple of minutes to install it. There are a lot of guides here on steam explaining everything step-by-step, here is one of them: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1203967862

I fixed it, and whatya mean how is copy paste, copy paste, download about 5 dll files or look through your backlog of files not a headache?

And what is hard about the devs including these dll's in the folder? Dgvoodoo isn't the issue its the 5 or 6 dll files.
Besides that I got it working now, I don't need the mod. Construction sets yay!
