This, especially if you find/buy the Swamp Fang beforehand. Shoot him to death completely or just whittle down his health enough to finish him up close.

Pass Unseen Elixir -> 2-3 strong power attacks -> run away in cover -> repeat the cycle. Xu's Perfect Protection elixir or elixir that allows resurrection one time - and you can skip cover part.

With Tier 4 swords it takes about 4 cycles, under 2 minutes

I recommend lizard potion recipe, enough mats to craft it a few times and the heaviest weapon you can find. Then you go: Run in and spam r1 --> get hit --> back out --> pop potion --> brew potion --> Goto BEGIN.
Repeat until it's dead.

i find the lizard potion to be the worst of the regen potions, but still a good potion nonetheless
for regenerative potions i find Lapis lazuli > Endurance potion > lizard potion

Fleet Foot Potions and a powerful weapon, your DPS goes through the roof.

Also make sure to seperately pull the smaller golem and flaming nagual before fighting him. That Nagual is actually more dangerous than the boss in my opinion.

first I died insanely to the boss, well this time I cheesed it . I had a tier 4 1h axe and I made 5 invisibility potions. when I was at the third he died already. easy peasy :P

haha nice work, yea i find the final boss is more of a resource-check than a boss. its the run that will kill you not the boss.

Just stock up on a bunch of "Potions of Big Boy Strength"

My 2nd succesful run through the game, the boss went down pretty fast thanks to them despite having a somewhat meh Tier 4 weapon

"Potions of Big Boy Strength" + some weapon with poison (green glowing one).even tier 3 with that flask is enough to oneshot regular clock gorilla (don't know why clock type of enemy so vulnerable to those green weapons). so it will be very-very fast ^_^

I didnt really have that many issues with him. I used greatsword power attack that you flip. You are invulnerable when you are doing the flip part of the animation, and he attacks you then, so when you hit him, back away then go back and do it again and again eating lots of mystic apples to get your stamina back.
