Linux difficulties

If anyone else has had problems launching this just FYI I got my copy working after getting steam running with STEAM_RUNTIME=0. Per reading up on a handful of the other games this fixed, it's likely related to pulseaudio being missing. I installed apulse (alsa wrappers for the pulse libraries) and loaded them prior to running the steam client.
