can we restore factory settings at all

i have been trying out some changed settings here and there but now games actually have a second or 2 frozen every few seconds when this app is running... can i reset to factory to fix this at all

Delete the settings file at %LOCALAPPDATA%/CPUC, we're going to add a restore to default button soon!
