Your CPU doesn't have HyperThreads so the settings won't make any difference.

The CPU you listed doesn't support hyperthreading. Unless there is a small bug in CPUCores, I believe it should show the hyperthreading option disabled.
Try going into CPUCores -> Advanced and look at the core assignment. It should show 4 cores only, right?
