CD Soundtrack?

It seems the CD Soundtrack by Cypress Hill is missing - in the original CD Game it would play audio tracks from the games CD.... This is a huge issue - without the soundtrack - the game isnt the same

I followed the guide but its not working right.

I'm not sure what is happening actually. If I follow the guide, when the game lets me move music starts.
But when I get near some people the same music starts playing at the same time, over the top of each other?

If I disable the music it still plays when I go near these people. It has played when I go near people from the start, is this the game music? I thought there would be some menu music or something.
How do I tell if the music is working correctly?
