Title. I tested putting it on multiple characters, and the extra view distance on the map, does not stack. So you still only get 1 extra tile. But does the extra chance for encounters, stack? IE, if you have the scout perk on 2 or 3 characters, will they all increase your chance for special encounters? I wouldn't know how to test this myself, and I can't seem to find any information online about it....

why the hate this game gets from fallout community? Is it because of the lore of the game? I understand its not a rpg but not all fallout games need to be...

I love this game considering that Tactics is the middle brother of the franchise. The game fulfills the role of a post-nuclear tactical game. It's extremely entertaining and relevant in expanding the Brotherhood's lore beyond California. This game should receive more love from Fallout fans. While it's not an RPG, it's still fun and enjoyable. I'm also truly grateful that Bethesda decided to make Fallout Tactics part of the canon about a year ago. I hope they decide to release Fallout Tactics 2 someday. ...

So far, this looks like the most complicated Fallout game for me. It's much harder to understand how to play and seems to have a higher difficulty. What's the best way to learn how to play this game? Should I watch some longplays of it on Youtube? Where can I find some good guides for beginners?...

Checked editor readme, did some googling, tried everything myself (after unpacking BOS filed in the CORE folder) and could not find such option... Would really love to bring some variety beside one-two small arms for few missions. I remember editing (years ago) my party members or adding locked on the map with items, but that was long ago and already forgot how to do that (google and guides are not helpful) but this time I wanted different way....
