Nope, there's no co-op at all. There's multiplayer vs other players but that's been pretty dead for years.

I cannot wait for the first full co-op Fallout game. 4 is around the corner and they better allow for something like that.

I really wish there was a co-op for the campaign for this game. I've been dreaming about that for years. That was actually the reason I got onto this forum at the moment to see if maybe someone posted something about a mod to allow for it. Thus far haven't seen it. I'll keep looking.

What?? I admit it's been awhile, but I definitely remember playing the main campaign co-op when it came out 20 years ago. Is that not possible now? Maybe it's just local Lan that let's you do that, but I know I've done it before.

I mean this might be long ago but i remember being able to play the campaign with friends online co-op style. Unless I'm trippin ballz.

People tried making coop missions, but they always messed up because of desync. Even on LAN you will desync almost straight away if you let the AI do even basic things.

Well that's unfortunate if that's true, co-op is the best way to play the campaign imo.
