Multiplayer still active?

Hey all, just got into redux patch again, absolutely awesome, I dream about a mod where we could play with 30 or 40 players on the same map, total carnage. Saw the Turnbased Mod 2.0 is reported to april 2023, maps are looking great. Is there a way to play nowadays? maybe via Hamachi or stuff like that?

Multiplayer should still work if you can find anyone to play with. Sadly it would take a miracle to find a server with 30+ people. Even back in the day, most servers only had around 2-10 players at a time.

That Turnbased Mod looks great, but I can't see how it'll work with such a dead community.

Yeah I remember back in the day, killer lan games. Exatly my thoughts about that turnbased mod, what a shame cause it's really cool in mp...

of what you're looking for is FOnline, alot of players on there though its has its issues with functionality and are limited on what you can and cant do. I would love to see tactics turn into something like FOnline. I would even pay a subscription for it, thats if it doesnt suck.
