how do i get power armour as fast as posible and level up

ok the charter i am useing is level 5 and is a khight and evry other guy on my team is more power full then me how do i levl up faster. and what is the bset way to get power armour

If I remember correctly, no power armor is available until the Coldwater mission level, which is somewhere around the the 10th mission[12th?]. After that, you can buy 2-3 power armors in the bunker after each mission. They're very expensive. You may need two trips of fully encumbered characters to carry all the stuff to barter for them.

If I remember correctly in my game, all my PA's were purchased. The first PA was after Great Bend. The second one was after Coldwater; there was none after Newton. After Canyon City I purchased 3 PA's and 1 Advanced PA to outfit the entire squad. There are lots of loots in Canyon City to help pay for them.

You can not get them until late in the game. There is an Advanced Power Armor in the Reaver barracks (South East area) of the mission where you save all the Reaver leaders. It is hidden in a fridge that you have to climb and drop a few ladders to get to. Easy to miss. I think 3 APA in total can be purchased. So 4 APA total by the last mission or so.

Good to know PDK. When you say "South East area", is this a location or a general direction?

Ok I had to go an look because its been a while To clarify, The mission is Newton. On the Pip map it will have a grey circle that calls it the Reaver Barracks area. It is on the right corner of the map. It has red, yellow, and blue freight containers!? stacked in makeshift housing with windows. In the middle is a red "home" with a ladder up. Go up. Then at the back is a blue "home" (second floor) that has a ladder down. It is tricky to use tho because it does not show up unless you have someone on the ground floor to cut the top layer and see it. So on the ground floor there is an "L" shape of sand bags next to the 2 story "home" with the down ladder. Put your main recruit there because he always takes vision layer priority. Spot the ladder. Get a recruit over by it but not too close or they wont do the next part right. Then, with main selected, put your cursor over the ladder so it is ready to be used. Now quickly hit the f2-6 key for the recruit thats going to climb down and click on the ladder before the top layer phases in and you can no longer see it. There will be a fridge to interact with and grab the APA.

To answer the level question I would make your main character the main healer and kill lots of super mutants and death claws.
