How To Install Fallout Tactics Redux and Equilibrium Mods?

I haven't seen a tutorial and I'm wondering if anyone can share

Each of those mods comes with a short install guide, that should work for you.

Thank you. What is the right folder? I have unzipped it to every folder I can think of.

Open the REDUX zip
Drag/copy the CORE folder from there into your Fallout Tactics folder.
If you do it right, it'll ask for confirmation to replace some files.

Now open the Equilibrium zip
Drag/copy the CORE folder AND the BOS.exe into your Fallout Tactics folder
If you do it right, it'll ask for confirmation again.

That's the quick and easy way to install those mods. Replace CORE folder with CORE folder and BOS.EXE with BOS.EXE

Followed your instructions and all seemed good until I got to the last part- Replace Core folder with Core folder and Bos exe with Boxexe. How do I do that?

You can ignore that last part. The mods should work fine now.

I was just saying how easy it is to install most mods. It usually just boils down to replace CORE folder and BOS.exe(if the mod has one)

Great, thanks so much. One last question. How can I tell if the mod is installed without playing the game until I see a difference? Redux is in the credits but what shows that Equilibrium is too?

The main menu screens will be different. Yours should now say Equilibrium.

No, still says Redux. I have the game on GOG too. I'll try to install the mod on FOT there. See what happens.

Great. I'm glad it worked because Redux by itself is very painful to play, but Equilibrium does a good job of balancing it all out.

I use GOG version too.

Just where the game is installed.

To find it on the Steam version, just right-click Fallout Tactics in your library and choose Manage > Browse Local Files.
