Any way to activate retail Fallout Collection on Steam?

So a few years back, I bought a DVD copy of the FAllout Classic Collection which included all the first three Fallout games: Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics. I put it on my shelf and promptly forgot about it.
Yesterday, while looking through some stuff, I found that old DVD and decided to install and play it. However, when I went to activate and register the games, I found out that the website foor activation has long since shut down.
I know that the Fallout Classic Collection is available on Steam now.
What I want to know is that if I can somehow activate these games on Steam?
The games didn't come with keys, just an online activation option.
