Help with Quincy mission
I have a problem with Quincy mission part where you have to help ghouls of Quincy to fight off an attack of Beastlords. Dogs and actual beastlords are being just a cannon fodder for my guys. But then... Five freaking deathclaws. Four cubs and a big momma are just ripping my ass to shreads. I simply have not enough firepower to tackle them head-to-head, I'm still fighting with weapons I was able to salvage in the wasteland and most of weapons Quatermaster offers is a pile of utter junk.

Basically speaking, a concentrated fire of three ghouls + four of my people can't really make a difference. Deathclaws just approach and make me effectively lose one of the guns, because they're gangbanging him/her, not allowing to stand up. I could make use of some mines and grenades that I stashed in my buggy, but I'm afraid dogs will trigger mines before deathclaws will show up and grenades... I can throw a few, but deathclaws are closing in so fast that I can throw one or two until deathclaws would be too close to my people to effectively use them.

So, if anyone have an advice or a strategy, maybe a proper placement of people or some stashes with useful loot hidden around the map - I would be thankful.

The best option would be to use drugs to buff your squad. Specifically Voodoo. Drugs can stack, but multiple uses require incresing levels of EN to take without going into overdose (knocked out and immobile for a minute or so.) Behind the quartermaster in Bunker Beta is Kerr the merchant, he is easy to miss, hes got the good stuff.

Also learning and using hotkeys can help a tonnnnnnn in CTB mode. Learn them Initiate!

Option 2: Slightly Meta Game: Find some of the Special Encounter merchants and steal/buy shotguns from them with special ammo types. They have tons of other goodies too. Special Encounters are an awesome part of the Fallout series.

Option 3: Cheese. You can use the fence around where they come from to cheese them and create a pathing glitch so they run into the corner with few to none of them ever coming around to you. If it is just too hard for you then this can be a good last resort, so you dont get hung up and quit.

Option 4: Mazzi. Shoutout to my good buddy JDMazz. He did a top quality video series of Insane + Tough Guy. If you are super stuck check out his youtube playlist.

Feel free to add and message me too if you want. I love the old Fallout games and I've Thought Hammered the crap out of them. I may be a bit rusty atm though.

Good Luck, Brother!
