Any recommended Mods?

I'm looking to replay this gem and was wondering if there are any worthwhile mods to look into. I would generally prefer something similar to Fallout-Fixt or similar but whatever you can find is good.

Fallout Redux, and Equilibrium.

Trying to install redux as we speak (I too wanted to jump back into this gem), the readme gives warnings about it having issues with steam. Anybody got up to date install instructions to avoid problems?

Fallour Awaken was pretty good, though i don't know if you can still find it, last i played it (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ yonks ago) it was still pretty rough around the edges. but it was pretty dang close to fallouts one and two.

I also don't recaall the name of the mod, but there was one that let you pick any of the races at the start of the game I quite liked that one. let me open up with a Deathclaw.

there is a nice WW2 mod and a ton of WW2 era maps out there. they are all for multiplayer only but a lot of fun. They may still have the files up at http://www.nma-fallout.com/

also boonville was pretty popular back in the days of gamespy for those who wanted to roleplay

well not really a mod but it still modifies the game to run at basically any resolution your graphiccard+screen supports (works at least with the original v1.27 and gog-version)

Yes... not only good , they are mandatory to circunvent the "too many encounters" glitch
