Drivingan APC Vehicle in Combat Mode
I'm playing the game in turn based mode. In the St. Louis mission I'm given a APC but I cannot manuver or even move this vehicle during combat. I waited for my driver's turn to move, she still cannot drive the APC. I am forced to have all my companions to exit the APC in order to do combat. I watched a YouTube video where the player's companion are shooting from within the vehicle while moving the APC. My APC is just stuck. Do I need a perk to drive the APC during combat? Or is that the APC is immovable during combat for a turn based game?

Continuous Turn-Based modeEdit
CTB is the default game mode. In this mode, all players and characters can act at the same time. Walking and Running do not cost action points, but all other actions do. Action points regenerate over time. Characters with more APs will regenerate them faster than characters with less action points.

Individual Turn-Based modeEdit
ITB is the game mode most like the previous Fallout games. All characters will move one at a time, based on their sequence statistic. Characters may not move out of order, with the exception of the delay action command, which will move a character farther down the sequence list. Once every character has had a chance to move, all characters will regain all action points and the turn will start over from the top of the list.

Squad Turn-Based modeEdit
STB is a variant of ITB. In this mode, all characters for a particular player will get a chance to move at the same time. When all characters in the squad have moved, the next player or the computer will get a chance to act. When all squads have moved, the turn will start over from the top with the first squad. ITB and STB are collectively called Turn-Based mode, or TB.

VEHICLES

Fallout Tactics features many vehicles that can be occasionally used as a support in combat. While staying inside a vehicle squad members are protected from enemy fire by its armor and can shoot enemies (Gunner perk adds 10% chance to hit when firing from a moving vehicle). Vehicle can be then repaired using Repair kits and Repair skill. If a vehicle takes too much damage, it will become irreparable.

The character with the highest Pilot skill becomes a driver. He/she then can drive with effectiveness depending on his/her skill (Lead Foot perk adds 25% speed). Driver can't shoot while driving unless the Road Warrior perk is picked but can drive the vehicle to hit enemies and knock them down causing damage.

One vehicle in the game, Tank, has it's own 75mm Tank gun. The character with the highest Big Guns skill becomes a gunner and can shoot tank gun which is added to his/her weapon slot.

Thank you, Laidlaw, for taking so much time to write an explanation. In an individual turn-based game, I learned the following: When it is the driver's turn, he steers/drives the vehicle to a location (mouse left click), BUT the movement of the vehicle does not occur until the end of that combat round; and, of course, afterwards, a new combat round begins.

Yes I found that it took about two turns and no interuptions to the vehicle for it to make the move in that mode. Once I got the vehicle I found I had to change modes to play properly. Takes about an hour off each map... lol
