I've been blocked after 2900hrs in game

Hi. I've been playing Prominence Poker for years (2900hrs on record) and I just got randomly blocked from all online games. I've never cheated and I was a very active player of the poker community.

The game says I'm temporarily blocked from entering online matches but I don't even know for how long.

The new patch introduced some changes about sitting-out and disconnecting but none all my disconnections were intentional. It was always because not stable connection to the server and I've always been trying to reconnect to my game. Always.

Can you please remove the blockade so I can keep playing and rejoin the community?

Whose "you". And if you think "you" are the game's devs then you're in the wrong place. ...suggest you go to Prominence's official game site and ask them.

ive been banned too. i sat out a tournment as i had to do something and when i came back it kicked me out and im on day 2 of being "banned" i just want to play poker
